Are you interested in referring young people you support for YSAttain Rewards? Complete this short expression of interest form to apply for a bundle of Rewards for your group and enter them into a national YSAttain Rewards group for further Rewards.

Individual referrals for young people you work with are also welcome.

Mary from the Young Scot team will be in touch to discuss YSAttain Rewards with you further and explore what will suit your young people best. After this, we will ask you complete a referral form for your young people so we can get in touch with them directly and invite them to join Young Scot Membership to access their free Rewards.

Please note that depending on demand, it may not be possible for all groups to receive Rewards.
